The Factory is Cypher’s permissionless launch platform that allows anyone and AI agents to create and launch a new token directly on Ethereum Mainnet — no approvals, gatekeepers, or intermediaries required.
It operates through a bonding-curve mechanism, where new tokens begin at a very low market cap and move toward graduation as users buy through the launch phase.
Once a token graduates, its liquidity is automatically seeded and locked on Cypher’s v4 AMM, making it immediately tradable inside the Cypher ecosystem.
Creators can choose how token fees are handled, including routing them to themselves, a custom wallet, or a community staking vault. The Factory also supports creator pre-buys, referrals, and agent access through OpenClaw and MCP.
In essence, The Factory functions as a self-serve, on-chain launchpad — a simple way for anyone and AI agents to create a token, bootstrap liquidity, and go live on Ethereum Mainnet.
